1.GENERAL

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") apply to your use of and your purchases on coindereve.see.The terms constitute an agreement between you and Poppy Petit AB, org no. 559035-2489, Blekingegatan 20, 118 56 Stockholm, which is the owner of the trademark Coin de Rêve (hereinafter "Coin de Rêve" or "we").

It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions before making a purchase.When you place an order on coindereve.see you accept these general terms and conditions as well as our Privacy Policy & Return Policy.We reserve the right to change the Terms - but you are of course not bound by changes made after you complete your purchase.

2.APPLICABLE LAW

Swedish law shall apply to these Terms and any disputes arising in connection with them or in connection with the use of or purchase on coindereve.see.As a customer, you must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of coindereve.see.

3.HOLDING OF RIGHTS

All rights, including copyright of coindreve.see, reserved Coin de Rêve.Any use of this website or its contents, including copying, other than for personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission.

4.ORDERS

Before completing and paying for an order, you can review it and make changes.You are bound to your order only when you accept it and our general terms and conditions at checkout.An order is only confirmed when it is received by Coin de Rêve and the payment has been approved.Please note that an order is not valid if the billing address and shipping address cannot be verified. A digital order confirmation is sent to the specified email address when you have completed your purchase.This is a receipt for your purchase.A digital delivery confirmation will be sent to the specified email address once your order has been shipped.This is a receipt for your delivery.

We only sell items that we have in stock.Items may sell out during your visit to coindereve.see, and the current stock status is automatically updated when you get to the checkout.We cannot guarantee the information provided on coindereve.check the availability of individual goods, as goods and stocks may sell out.We reserve the right to change/cancel an order in case the stock level was incorrectly stated at the time of the order.

All product information displayed is subject to change, and we reserve the right, when necessary, to change information on coindereve.see.

We also reserve the right to only accept orders from people over the age of 18.

4.1 "BUY 3 PAY FOR 2"

A "Buy 3 pay for 2" offer means you get the cheapest item on the deal.When returning the product you received as a purchase, there will be no refund, as we never charged you for this product.If you return a product that you have paid for, but choose to keep the product you received in the purchase, you are no longer entitled to take part in the 3 for 2 campaign and you must then pay for this product.This means that we will only refund the difference between the product you received with the purchase and the product you return.This promotion cannot be combined with other offers.In the event of overselling or if a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the entire order.We will then inform you via email about which product is out of stock.When we cancel your order, the goods that were on your order are put up for sale again and you can then place a new order.

5.PAYMENT

We accept payments through MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, PayPal, American Express, Google Pay, Shopify Payments and Klarna.When you pay by credit card, these transactions are handled by our payment partner Shopify Payments which also ensures security.Visit www.shopify.com to read more about their payment services.The total amount for order value, shipping and any other costs is checked and reserved on your payment card before the amount is deducted.

Prices on coindereve.com is displayed in SEK, EUR, GBP or NOK.We reserve the right to change prices.Coin de Rêve is not responsible for any currency changes or exchange rates.

6.DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery time depends on delivery country and choice of shipping option.Your order is processed within 1-3 days with certain exceptions such as inventory, holidays and sales.Coin de Rêve is not responsible for any delays caused in customs clearance.

If a shipment is delayed or cannot be shipped due to inventory or other reasons, you will be notified as soon as possible.You will then be offered the opportunity to cancel the order free of charge and in the event that you choose to do so, we will refund you in full.

6.1 SHIPPING COST AND CURRENCY

The shipping cost is stated in SEK, EUR, GPB or NOK. and is determined based on the package's weight and country of delivery.

6.2 UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Coin de Rêve is not responsible for packages that you do not pick up after delivery at the post office.You will then be charged SEK 225 for return shipping and administrative costs.

6.3 CUSTOMS DUTIES

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes which are charged when the package reaches the destination country.These are only determined when the package arrives at local customs in the delivery country.Coin de Rêve cannot predict or control these fees.For orders to the US and Norway, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information on regulations and fees.It is the customer's responsibility to pay additional fees for any customs clearance.

6.4 TRANSPORT DAMAGE/MISSING GOODS

If, upon receiving your package, you discover that the shipment is damaged in transit, this must be reported to PostNord immediately.This applies both to home delivery and when you collect the package yourself from an agent.If upon unpacking you discover that the contents are damaged or that goods are missing, you as a customer are obliged to contact Coin de Rêve's customer service within 7 calendar days of receipt at the latest.Then enter your order number and case number from the parcel agent.When returning products, the customer bears the financial responsibility if the products are damaged or do not arrive.

6.5 WRONG GOODS/INFORMATION

Should we send faulty or damaged goods, we reserve the right to return all goods in the condition you received them.You must return the faulty item to us within 14 days and shipping will be paid by Coin de Rêve.

Should an item be listed and sold at an incorrect price on coindereve.appear to have occurred due to technical problems or mistakes by our staff, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund the money and inform the customer of the situation.

7.RETURN AND RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

Read our Return Policy.As a customer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase against a valid receipt within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.The product must be returned in salable condition in the original packaging and with any hang tags still attached.All returned goods are sent, after you have first contacted us by email or phone and obtained the necessary information, to the address we specify.Unidentified items returned may be denied a refund.Returns that are damaged, dirty, washed or worn are not accepted.Coin de Rêve does not cover return shipping.As a customer outside the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase against a valid receipt within 30 calendar days of receiving your goods.

7.1 COMPLAINT

If you discover a production fault, the goods can be claimed against a valid receipt or payment document.Product damaged as a result of wear and tear is not considered faulty.If possible, we offer to repair defective products.If it cannot be repaired or the product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping and return costs.In the case of approved complaints, we are responsible for all additional costs.Coin de Rêve complies with the Consumer Purchase Act in the event of complaints, for more information visit the Swedish Consumer Agency.see.

7.2 CHANGE OF ORDER

Once you have completed a purchase and received an order confirmation, we will start processing the order in our system and in our warehouse.Once the package has left the warehouse, there is no possibility to change your order.If you discover errors in the contact details provided, it is your responsibility to contact us.We are not responsible for an order sent to an address incorrectly provided by the customer.

7.3 EXCHANGE OF GOODS

In case of any requests for exchange of goods, for example in the event of an incorrect order of an item or size, customers are asked to make a return and then place a new order.For questions or help, please contact our customer service.

8.FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure, our obligations are postponed through coindereve.beware.In the event of force majeure, both the customer and Coin de Rêve have the right to cancel, in whole or in part, any agreement without any obligation to pay damages or fulfill any obligations.As a rule, force majeure refers to, for example, natural disasters, war, strikes, import/export bans, transport disruptions and illness, regardless of whether this occurs at us as a company or at our suppliers.

9.FRAUD

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders that may be suspected of being completed fraudulently or otherwise maliciously, in order to guarantee the security of our customers' transactions through coindereve.see.We reserve the right to, if necessary, also pass on transaction information if requested to an authority or payment partner in case of suspicion of fraudulent transactions or identity theft.Individuals who violate such rules or restrict password-protected areas on coindereve.see may be subject to prosecution.
