How do I make a return or an exchange?

1. SWEDISH ORDERS

Returns

At Coin de Rêve, your satisfaction is paramount to us. If you're not completely pleased with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process with a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage), provided you the return within 30 days of receipt. However, please make sure to first contact us at help@coindereve.com before sending your return. All unannounced returns will be rejected, no exceptions. A SEK 45 return fee applies for the return slip we provide.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the same procedure applies as for returns. Please specify the product you wish to exchange your purchase for in your email to us. We waive the return fee for exchanges.

2. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Returns and exchanges

Please be aware that all international returns are at the expense of the customer.

If your country is subject to customs, please anticipate the payment of customs fees beforehand so that your parcel is not blocked on arrival. Coin de Rêve does not cover the cost of customs fees incurred for return items, so any parcel requiring payment on arrival will be refused and returned to the sender.

Parcel tracking

Make sure to use a tracking service when choosing a carrier. The return parcel is your responsibility so any parcel lost during the return will not be refunded.

3. Step-by-step return guide

  • Email us at help@coindereve.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with a return slip (for Swedish returns) and/or any necessary additional information.
  • Securely repack the items in their original packaging or an equivalent.
  • Swedish returns: Print the return slip, affix it to the parcel and drop it off at any PostNord location. For international returns, do as instructed by the carrier of your choice.
  • Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm via email and initiate the refund (excluding return fee (for Swedish returns) and original postage, if any). Monitor your account and get in touch with us if you haven't received the refund within 7 days from our receipt of your return.

    4. Important Notice

    • Returned items must be in perfect, original condition with all tags attached.
    • When returning a gift box, please ensure it is packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transit.
