How do I advertise a product?
We perform meticulous quality controls of all our clothing, but unfortunately at times a faulty garment will slip through. Should receive such a product, please contact us immediately, preferably by email (help@coindereve.com). We will do our best to fix the problem in the smoothest possible way, so that your Coin de Rêve experience is the very best.
If it turns out that the item is faulty, we will see to that it is mended or replace it with a new identical garment. Of course, you do not have to pay for the return shipping in the event of an approved complaint.
